- 皆 Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory:
**System Thinking**: Our body is a complete life system. Many local issues stem from systemic imbalance. Thus, we must maintain the overall system, elevate energy, unblock meridians, promote circulation, and nourish every organ and part.
**Routine Maintenance**: We need regular body care (at least 4 times a week) to maintain circulation and function.
**Prevention First**: Illness takes time to recover from and causes pain. Therefore, good health depends on prevention—daily care keeps the body functioning properly.
**Symmetric Movement**: Long-term asymmetry causes skeletal misalignment and disease. We must adjust front-back, left-right, up-down to restore skeletal health.
**Smooth Qi Flow Equals Health**: Many illnesses result from blocked qi and blood flow. When circulation improves, conditions often resolve naturally.
**Organ Health**: The five internal organs are the root of health. Healthy organs mean a healthy body.

- 列 Full Course Overview
Includes human acupoint chart. After purchasing this set of techniques, an additional $0.1 is required for the foundational course for all lessons: https://www.taichizy.top/courses/ contains practice guidelines, full-course list, practice precautions, and more for reference.
Each set targets specific body functions and can significantly improve health. From a Zhongyi perspective, this is highly effective. However, for modern urban dwellers, no technique should be neglected—one function doesn’t represent the whole. For example, training only the eyes while neglecting other areas is like having one long plank in a barrel—it’s still ineffective overall. Full-body practice is highly recommended and can be targeted to multiple parts.
Each set lasts 2 to 18 minutes, includes multiple moves, targeting specific areas. Some moves may repeat across sets. Simple and easy to follow—great for targeted training. Very efficient. For full-body health improvement, purchasing the full set is best. Repeated viewing helps correct movements. Detailed tutorial included with bilingual subtitles.

- 前Course Highlights
– Simple, easy to learn
– Effective—generally takes 15–30 days (longer practice leads to better results; can be continued long-term)
– Improvements may include feeling lighter, better sleep, increased appetite, pain relief… results vary by individual
– Promotes smooth circulation of qi and blood, and supports organ, joint, and meridian health
– Enhances flexibility, strength, balance, reflex speed, etc.
– Designed to not be exhausting. Inactive muscles may feel sore initially—indicating proper movement. Unlike mechanical exercises, Tai Chi enhances both the visible (muscles) and invisible (yin energy like meridians). With long-term practice, post-fatigue feelings are lighter, more comfortable, energized, and focused. Especially beneficial for those with weak bodies and children—it’s great for both physical and mental development.
This technique has been refined and preserved over thousands of years. It’s both simple and convenient. Whether you understand the principles or not, practicing brings only benefits. None of the moves are difficult, nor are physical requirements high—trust in these time-tested techniques.
