Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medical Theory:
**Systemic Thinking**: The human body is an integrated life system. Many local issues are caused by systemic imbalances. We must therefore focus on the **whole**, enhance energy, unblock meridians, promote circulation, and nourish every organ and part of the body.
**Routine Self-Care**: Regular body maintenance (at least 4 times a week) helps maintain good circulation and overall function.
**Prevention First**: Once sick, recovery can be slow and painful. True health is rooted in prevention. A little time daily can help ensure that each system stays functional and self-regulated.
**Symmetrical Movement**: Long-term asymmetrical posture leads to skeletal imbalance and related disorders. We must adjust the body in **all directions**—front/back, left/right, top/bottom—to restore natural alignment.
**Free Flow of Qi = Health**: Many illnesses come from blocked qi and blood. When flow is restored, many conditions resolve naturally. Ensure **unobstructed flow throughout the body**.
**Organ Health**: The five organs are the foundation of health. Keep them balanced, and the body will stay well.

Full Curriculum Notes
Includes detailed **acupoint diagrams** for use during practice. Each Gongfa module targets specific body systems and can offer **highly targeted improvement** for physical function. For those seeking whole-body health from a meridian-based perspective, this is highly effective.
However, for modern people—especially in urban life—**no practice should be done in isolation**. A single part does not represent the whole. For example, doing eye-focused Gongfa daily without working on other regions creates imbalance—just as a barrel with uneven planks can’t hold water. We strongly recommend full-spectrum practice, or at minimum multiple targeted sets.
Each module is **about 10 minutes** long and contains several focused techniques. Some forms repeat across modules. Content is clear and easy to follow. However, **repeated study is needed to refine posture and technique**. Detailed instruction is provided, with **bilingual subtitles (Chinese & English).**

Course Features
– Simple, easy to follow
– Typically effective in **15–30 days**
– Possible improvements: more physical ease, better sleep, improved appetite, relief or reduction of pain—*results vary*
– Promotes whole-body qi and blood circulation, along with support for internal organs, joints, and meridians
– Also enhances flexibility, strength, balance, reaction time
**Thoughtfully designed for general fitness levels**:
– It won’t exhaust you. If you feel soreness in muscles not used for a long time, that’s a good sign—it means your movements were effective
– Unlike mechanical workouts, **Taichi moves influence not only muscles but the invisible yin systems**—like meridians
– With consistent and sincere practice, tiredness fades into lightness, comfort, and elevated vitality
– Especially helpful for those who are physically weak or for children. With continued use, it supports overall well-being
> This system has been passed down and polished over thousands of years. It is both simple and effective. Whether you understand the theories or not, it is safe to practice. Every movement is accessible, the physical demands are moderate, and you can **trust in a method proven by time**.
